NASHVILLE - Henry Jesse Shaw Sr., 74, of Nashville died Tuesday, December 23, 2008. A private service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Shaw is survived by two daughters, Wanda Dunbar of Rocky Mount and Debbie Cone and husband, Dayton of Castalia; a son, Rodney Shaw and wife, Kitty of Nashville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Ethel Shaw Bateman of Rockingham and a brother, John Shaw of Troy.

He was preceded in death by a son, Henry Jesse Shaw Jr.
