Pattie Carter Hardy, 91, passed away July 16, 2023. Born in Nash County to Raymond Clyde Carter and Mary Grace Collie. Pattie is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and seven brothers (three died during childbirth). She is also preceded by her husband's Lloyd Hardy and William Jackson, sons Kip and Chris Hardy.

She is survived by her daughters-in-law Kathy and Debbie Hardy, four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Living Faith Fellowship Church, Rocky Mount.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dee Perkins officiating at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
