Kenneth "Davis" Saunders, age 28, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023. He was born in Nash County on July 15, 1994.

Davis is survived by his wife, Hannah O'Conner Saunders; his parents, Kenneth Wayne Saunders and Jan Hux Saunders; his sister, Jessica Allen and husband, Daniel; his father and mother-in-law, Harry and Karen O'Conner; his brothers-in-law, Jacob O'Conner and Matthew O'Conner; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Bay Leaf Baptist Church, 12200 Bayleaf Church Road, Raleigh, NC 27614, with Rev. Justin Buchanan officiating. Burial will follow the service at Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home, 1130 N. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804, and prior to the funeral service on Wednesday, March 28, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Bay Leaf Baptist Church in Raleigh.
