Ronald McCray Sanders, 73, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023. He was born October 19, 1949 in Wake County to the late Lewis and Violet Winstead Sanders.

He is survived by his wife Rose Sanders; step mother Susie Sanders; son Michael McCray Sanders; brothers Robert Sanders (Judy) and Dennis Sanders; sister Cheryl Cottle (Dan); three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 6-8p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Reavis officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
