SPRING HOPE - Annette Lorene Artis Mills, age 83, passed away March 24, 2023. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the Mills Family Cemetery, Spring Hope. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-6 at William Toney's Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Mills; daughter, Rhonda Mills; son, Bryan Mills (Brenda); four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Artis, Jr., Donovan Artis and Sherman Artis; a host of other relatives and friends.
