ROCKY MOUNT - Mitzi Moore Tulloss, age 76, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023. A life-long Rocky Mount resident, she was born in Nash County on November 9, 1946, to the late Albert Theodore Moore and Margaret Davis Moore.

Mitzi is survived by her husband of 54 years, Fred Tulloss, her daughter, Sarah Margaret Tulloss of New York, NY; and her sister, Jo Ann Mangum.

A service will be held Friday, March 10, 2023, at 12 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 200 South Church Street, Rocky Mount with Rev. Bill Grisham officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.

A private family burial will take place at Pineview Cemetery.
