ROCKY MOUNT - Wilma Patricia Hammond Rundell, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Born in Jamestown, NY on February 5, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Harold Hammond and Patricia Kilburn Hammond. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Hammond.

Wilma is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Rundell; her daughter, Karen Rundell Barley and her husband Bruce; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; her brother, William Hammond; and her sister, Roxanne Bickel.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Englewood United Methodist Church, 300 S Circle Dr, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, with Pastor Nathan Wittman officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at Villanova Burial Association Cemetery in South Dayton, NY.
