REBECCA JEAN "BECKY" STRICKLAND

ROCKY MOUNT - Rebecca Jean "Becky" Strickland, age 87, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, December 25, 2022. She was born in Nash County, North Carolina on June 18, 1935 to Charlie and Tassie Davis.

Becky is survived by her husband of sixty-nine years, Eugene N. Strickland; daughter, Cindy Booth of Rocky Mount; sons, Charles Strickland (Pam) of Cary and Keith Strickland (Melanie) of Rocky Mount; two grandchildren; brother-in-law, Harold Strickland (Glendora) of Nashville; sister-in-law, Barbara Strickland Davis of Rocky Mount; and sister, Ruby Davis of Spring Hope.

A graveside service was held Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Oakdale Cemetery, East Branch Street, Spring Hope, NC. The family received friends immediately following the service and other times at the home.
