ROCKY MOUNT - George Curtis Lewis, age 48, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. George was born in Nash County, NC on October 22, 1974. He was preceded in death by his brother, George W. Lewis, IV and his stepmother, Vanessa Lewis.

George is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Lewis of the home; his children, Taylor Lewis, Jacob Lewis (Sam), Jax Lewis and Fiona Lewis; one grandchild; his mother, Bruce Ezzell Parris (Bobby); father, George W. Lewis, III; his brothers, Joey Parris (Allyson) and Preston Proctor; his sisters, Nichole Dunn (Jake Hill) (Bryan Dunn) and Barbara Proctor (Bri); numerous nieces and nephews.

A service was held Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
