ROCKY MOUNT - Dorothy Batts, 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Nash Health Care Systems. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 at Friendship Baptist Church. Interment followed immediately after the service at Gardens of Gethesemane.

Visitation was held from 7 - 9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28 at H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
