SPRING HOPE - Martha Green Edwards, 69, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022. Born May 23, 1953 in New Bern, she was the daughter of the late H.J. "Boe" Green and Wilma Ferrell Green.

Survivors include her husband of nearly 49 years, Michael; a daughter, Emily Mooney (Marc); a son, Jonathan Edwards (Brittaney); five grandchildren; sisters, Susan Patterson and Jane Green; many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family will hold a visitation Friday, October 28, from 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Spring Hope Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 4 p.m. at the Edwards Family Cemetery located at 3131 Green Rd., Spring Hope.
