Ronald "Ronnie" Gene Melton, 75, passed away on September 4, 2022. Ronnie was born on Christmas Day 1946 in Robersonville to the late Louis Wells Melton and Allie Marie Melton.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bill Melton.

Ronnie is survived by his son Deven Melton (Margo); one grandchild; brother Gary Melton; mother to Deven, Phyllis Melton; many nieces and nephews and their families; special friend Barbara Coley, her son John Coley (Gretchen), her daughter Carmen Coley, and her three grandchildren.

A visitation will be held 2 p.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Military inurnment will be at a later date.
