NASHVILLE - Rebecca "Becky" Bass Rollans, age 96, passed away August 26, 2022. She was born July 27, 1926 in Nash County as a daughter born to William Lee and Iola Timberlake Bass.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy McKinley Rollans; sisters, Mary Leigh Boone, Louise "Jackie" Edwards, Betty Vick, Ruby Reid Luke, and Dolly Estelle Wilson; and brother, Johnny Curtis Bass.

She is survived by her son, Larry Leroy Rolland (Brenda) of Nashville; one grandchildt; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 30 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, August 29 at The Church of God, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount.
