NASHVILLE - Willie Clyde Davis, Jr., 89, passed on Friday, April 29, 2022. Clyde was born on November 20, 1932, to Willie Clyde Davis, Sr., and Lida Pope Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Elizabeth "Lib" Bridgers of Lakeland, Florida.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois Jean Strickland Davis; son, Randy Davis (Susan) of Nashville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

A memorial service was held May 2, 2022, at Nashville United Methodist Church, Nashville.
