NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Gainell Richardson Smith, age 73, who died on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 12 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.

She is survived by two sons, Detrick Wheeler of Tallahassee, FL, Derrick Wheeler (Ashika) of Rocky Mount; six sisters, Ella Mae Richardson and Rosa Richardson, both of Washington, DC, Betty Richardson of Rocky Mount, Ida Brantly of Raleigh, NC, Louise Speight of New York, NY, Bertha Wallace of Columbus, OH; one brother, Sidney Ray Richardson of Nashville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Thursday morning from 11:00 until 12:00 at Richardson Funeral Home.
