SPRING HOPE - Hala Ann Cooper, age 99, passed away January 25, 2022.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Bethel AME Church in Spring Hope. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home in Spring Hope.

Her survivors include two daughters, Janice Neal (Rev. John Neal) and Victoria Taylor (Willie) both of Spring Hope; son, Elijah Cooper of Rocky Mount; 4 grandchildren,; 8 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; one nephew; 4 nieces; several great and great great nieces and nephews.
