MOMEYER - Pattie Jane Bass, 88, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born December 28, 1933 in Nash County to the late William Edd and Miley Bass Matthews. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Bass and brother, David Earl Matthews.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Edd Bass and Matthew Lee Bass; brothers, Jack Matthews (Serena) and James William Matthews and sister, Stella Mae Matthews Staley.

A graveside service was held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Forest Hill Cemetery.
