Leonard Charles "Chuck" Adkins, 87, passed away December 23, 2021. He was born July 20, 1934 in Allen Kentucky to the late Walter Scott Adkins and Juanita Vivian Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and best friend Fred M. Adkins, nephew Freddie Adkins and son in law Ronald Betts, Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Donna Sue Adkins; his children Connie Raby (Tom), Chuck Adkins (Patsy), Teresa Betts; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildrenmany nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
