CENTERVILLE - Funeral services for Johnny Evans, age 68, who died on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 were held on Monday, 8, 2021. Burial followed in the Mary Helen Jones Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Evans of the home; five daughters, Melissa Evans Gilmore of Nashville, Jenny Richardson (Steven) of Warrenton, Toukie Fogg (Johnny) of Raleigh, Juliet Wiggins of Zebulon, Pamela Wiggins of Centerville; two sons, Johnny Evans, Jr. (Tanya) of Kittrell, Paul Wiggins of Centerville; two sisters, Yvonne "Cookie" Jefferson of Castalia, Lula Richardson of Richmond, VA; four brothers, William Silver (Judy) of Louisburg, Michael Silver (Tammie) of Nashville, Howard Louis Silver (Glenda) of Hollister, Robert "Stunt" Silver (Vivian) of Castalia; and eighteen grandchildren.
