ROCKY MOUNT - Martin William Zimmerman, age 80, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Born in Pasquotank County on April 23, 1941, he was the son of the late Edward Robert Zimmerman and Katherine Zimmerman. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Rawls Zimmerman.

Martin is survived by his niece, Joanne B. Zimmerman; and his nephew, Edward W. Zimmerman.

A service will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Rocky Mount. A Burial of Cremains will be held at First United Methodist Church Columbarium.
