Patricia Ann Keefe Downing, 67, passed away August 27, 2021. She was born February 22, 1954 in Atwater, CA to the late Leon Keefe and Hannah Rae Bazen Keefe. Patricia was preceded in death by daughter, Tanya Dawn Woodell; sons Richard Leon Downing, Robert Dean Downing and a brother, Eddie Keefe.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Ricky Downing; son, Richard Downing(Lori), son-in-law, Bryce Woodell; five grandchildren ; sisters Melody Inman, and Melinda Taylor (David).

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Oak Level Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
