Georgie Tedder Lamm, 89 of Bailey passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021.

Her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 10 at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. Graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Dew Family Cemetery, W Hornes Church Road, Bailey. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 5:30 - 6:45 at Joyner's Funeral Home.

Georgie is survived by her daughters, Ann Plummer of Pittsboro, Rose Fulghum (Keith) of Bailey, Mary McQueen (Danny) of Beaufort, Lynne Boswell (Rob) of Bailey and Gretchen Lynch of Elm City; son, Joseph Lamm, Jr. (Paula) of Bailey; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, and her sisters, Rose Lewis, JoAnn Ivey, Jean Gunter, and Judy Bardin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Lamm; parents, George H. and Rosa Tedder; sisters, Virginia Edwards, Mae Boykin, Becky Bowling, Rachel Gay, and Allie Gray Lamm, and her brothers, Howard Tedder and Edison Tedder.
