NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Pattie Richardson Arrington, age 98, who died on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 2 p.m. from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.

She is survived by five daughters, Francis Gibson of Kinnelon, NJ, Dorothy Gibson Battle (Charlie) of Nashville, Carolyn G. Cooper of Louisburg, Denise Williams (Daniel) of Rocky Mount, Delois Jones of Nashville; five sons, John R. Gibson of Victorville, CA, Conrad Gibson (Donnie) of York, PA, James Gibson (Rita) of West Orange, NJ, Ronald Gibson (Patricia) of Leesburg, VA, Marc Gibson (Ester) of Greenbelt, MD; two sisters, Margaret Mills (Ryal) of Spring Hope, Louise Lynch of Nashville; 40 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 1 until 2 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville.
