Deborah Lynn Estes Osborne, 66, passed away July 31, 2021. She was born March 26, 1955 to the late Elliot Estes and Betty Rice.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Osborne; daughter, Amber Harms Lemonie (Mike); two grandchildren; sister, Connie Elkin; bonus daughters and two grandchildren, Deborah Osborne Moreno (Paul), Laura Osborne Murdaugh (Marty).

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
