Joyce Dawn Joyner Ruffin, 51, passed away July 17, 2021. She was born September 29, 1969 in Edgecombe County to the late Milton and Barbara Bryant Joyner.
Joyce is survived by her fiancé Daniel Bass; sons, Michael Allen Ruffin and Tyler Shane Cobb; step-mother Lydia Foster; brother Milton Timothy Jr.; sisters, Crystal Joyner and Shari Adams (Jerry); several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
