ROCKY MOUNT - Phillip Balkcum, 48, passed away on May 5, 2021. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Will Boseman.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Sandra Boseman and father, Hubert Balkcum; sister, Sherri Balkcum (Michael Woodard) of Sunset Beach; fiancé, Celeste Lindsey; half sister, Kelly Irwin (Donald) of Pilot; half-brother, Joshua Boseman (Brittany) of Nashville, and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
