BAILEY- David Louis Smith, III 57, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021. David is survived by his wife, Carolyn "Carrie" Smith; sons, Waylon Smith and Daniel Wahle; daughter, Jaclyn Shipp and his sisters, Pam Stegall (Phil) of Big Sandy, Texas and Susan Watson (David) of Urbandale, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Smith; parents, David L. Smith Jr. and Selma E. Brown (Matthews); his sister, Kimberly Smith, and his grandparents.
