ROCKY MOUNT - Patricia "Pat" Ann Warren, age 79, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. Born in Edgecombe County on January 23, 1942, she was the daughter of the late William Dempsey Gay and Annie Leigh Proctor Gay. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willis Warren; her brothers, William Dempsey Gay, Jr., Bobby Lee Gay, Gene Raymond Gay (Frances), Kenneth Wall Gay (Reba); and sister, Louise Gay Viverette (John).

She is survived by her son, Dennis Deaver (Tina); two grandchildren; sister, Kathy Gay Sykes (Randy); her sister-in-law, Lucinda; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private service will be held at a later date.
