BROOKLYN, NY - Erma J. Thomas, formerly of Rocky Mount, passed away Monday, September 8, 2008 in New York. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14 at H.D. Pope Funeral Home Chapel, Rocky Mount. Interment followed immediately after the service at St. Marks Chapel Church Cemetery, Rocky Mount.

A viewing and service was held on Friday, September 12 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Roberson & Brown Funeral Home, 396 Gates Ave., Brooklyn, NY.

Visitation was held in the H.D. Pope Funeral Home Chapel from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 14 prior to the service.
