ROCKY MOUNT - William "Bill" Louis Moss, Jr., age 77, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Born in Pheobus, VA on September 7, 1943, he was the son of the late William Louis Moss, Sr. and Dorothy Patterson Moss. He was also preceded in death by his son, Brian Keith Moss; and brother, Jesse Phillip Moss.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Debbie Brown Moss; his sons, Donnie Pittman, Jr. and wife, Nancy, of Whitakers, Dale Pittman and wife, Amy, of Rocky Mount; his daughters, Tammy Williams of Rocky Mount, Kerbi Boyd and husband, Chris, of Nashville; seven grandchildren; brothers, Joseph E. Moss and wife, Patricia, Johnny Grey Moss, Smiling Jack Moss and wife, Faye; and sister, Dorothy "Jean" Outlaw.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside.
