Frances Anne Winstead, age 73, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, October 19, 2020 with the Rev. Johnny Hudson officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Sallie Winstead; sister, Joyce Bryant; brothers, Tommy Winstead and Billy Dale Winstead.

She is survived by her daughters, Reba Etheridge (Robbie) of Wilson, Lynn Taylor (David) of Lucama, and Connie Ingram (Bryan) of Nashville; son, Johnny Winstead; father of Connie and Johnny, Wayne Outland of Elm City; sisters, Rachel Stanley of Four Oaks, and Betty Hawley (Rufus) of Nashville; four grandchildren; three great -grandchildren.
