NASHVILLE - Graveside services for Sherry Alston Taylor, age 61, who died on Saturday, October 10, 2020, will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 12 p.m. from the Oakland Cemetery in Nashville with Rev. Nathaniel Bunn officiating.

She is survived by her husband, James Taylor of the home; one daughter, Latitia Nicole Taylor of Nashville; one step-daughter, Angela Pitchford of Rocky Mount; one step-son, James Richardson (Princess) of Winston Salem; three sisters, Vickie Thorpe (Percy) of Whitakers, Kimberly Alston of Charlotte, Denise Alston of Rocky Mount; four brothers, Lonzella Alston, Dale Alston (Katherine) and Michael Alston, all of Nashville, David Patrick Alston of Elm City; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 - 7 p.m. at Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville.
