Wesley William Turner, 85, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020. He was born in Nash County. He is preceded in death by his parents William E. Turner and Bettie J. Harris; sisters, Thelma Dean Sykes, Sophie Matthews, Barbara Renfrow, Faye Wheeler; brother Edwin Turner.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn Batchelor Turner; son Wesley Keith Turner (Beverly Butler); daughter Linda Gail Turner Hogshire (John); three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters Lois Boone (Warren), Betty Lou Drake (Larry); brothers Willie Harris and George Harris (Pat) and many nieces and nephews.

A private inurnment will be held at 11 am Friday, July 17, 2020 at Forest Hill Cemetery, Nashville with Rev. Clay Leonard officiating.
