ROCKY MOUNT - Barbara Ann Fuller Drake, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Born in Nash County on May 2, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William Cecil Fuller and Beulah Joyner Fuller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Edward "Sambo" Drake of Rocky Mount; and her son, James Edward "Eddy" Drake, Jr. of New Bern.

She is survived by three children, Tommy Drake and wife, Jan, of Raleigh, Stephen Drake and wife, Sharon, of Rocky Mount, and Suzanne Drake Parham and husband, Brad, of Rocky Mount; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Drake of New Bern; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Private Family Memorial Interment will be held at a later date.
