BAILEY - Steven Carroll Evans, 42 of Bailey passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020. A private memorial service will be held for his family. Steven is survived by his mother, Deborah Joyce Barfield; father, Jerry Harold Evans, Sr. and wife, Susie; brothers, Jerry Harold Evans, Jr. and Phillip James Evans; one nephew; eight aunts and three uncles.
