ROCKY MOUNT - Jesse Clarence "J.C." Spell, age 82, passed away Saturday, June 20th, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Everette and Annie Green Spell and brother, Norman Lee Spell.

He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Joyce Tippette Spell; children, John Keith Spell of Louisburg, Kimberly Joyce Spell and Robin Ann Spell (Brian Stanley), all of Rocky Mount; five grandchildren; sister-in-law, Cynthia May (Al).

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 24th, 2020 at Pineview Cemetery, Rocky Mount. The family will greet friends immediately following the service and other times at the home.
