SPRING HOPE - Rudell Watson Massey, 84, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020. Services were held Sunday at White Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church, Bailey. The Rev. Dr. Hal Jones officiated. The family will have a private burial.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Dottie Murray Massey of the home; daughter, Lamara Massey Hall of Spring Hope; son, Curtis Massey of Elm City; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Winnie Cobb of Bailey; sister-in-law, Anne Pitts; brother-in-law, Dewey Pitts.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Massey; daughter-in-law, Tonya Gail Massey; parents, Watson and Odell Massey and sister, Lois Edwards.
