ROCKY MOUNT - Jack Crociata, age 79, passed away May 30,2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaetano and Angelina Leale Crociata; daughter Nicole Daniels; and brothers Joey and Frank Crociata.

He is survived by his children, Angela Fly (Chris), Marian Williams (Randy), all of Nashville, and Neil Cox (Emily) of Raleigh; brother Peter Crociata ( Jeanne-Marie) and sister Provie Cardinale; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2020, 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Community Church, 9149 East NC 97, Rocky Mount. The burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 1, 2020 from 6 - 8 p.m. also at Cornerstone Community Church, and other times at the home of Angela and Chris Fly.
