WILMINGTON - Nikki Jackson, age 37, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Barbara "Mimi" Joyner and paternal grandmother, Rosa Garris Jackson.

She is survived by her children, Austin and Evan Gore, Riley Tartt, and Isabella Aguirre; parents, Luanna and Jerry Jackson of Rocky Mount; brother, Christopher Jackson of New Bern; maternal grandfather, James C. Joyner; paternal grandfather, B.J. Jackson, both of Rocky Mount; uncles, Tom Bashore (Amanda) of Raleigh, John Bashore (Joy) of Rocky Mount, James K. Joyner (Angel) of Zebulon, and Michael Jackson (Jeannie) of Rocky Mount.

A private memorial will be scheduled for a later date.
