NASHVILLE - Leo Long, age 86, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020. Leo was preceded in death by two sons, Audie Leo Long and James Thomas Long, as well as five brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Audrey Carpenter Long; son, Timothy Matthew Long of Clinton; step-children, Pamela Collins (Michael) of Rocky Mount, Kathy Williams (Ken) of Red Oak, and Al Harper (Wendy) of Nashville; brother, George Long of Goldsboro; sister, Joanne Parrish (Randy) of Dunn; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family friends and other extended relatives.

Leo's family and friends will gather for a special time of remembrance at a graveside service, 2 p.m. Monday, May 4 at Forest Hills Cemetery, Nashville. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
