NASHVILLE - Lettie Mae Jones Webb, 94, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Autumn Care of Nashville. She was born January 14, 1914 in Franklin County. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph C. and Maggie Jones; two sisters, Lillie May and Nellie Alford; four brothers, Leroy Jones, Ervin Jones, Eddie Jones, and Rev. J.C. Jones; two sons, William D. Creekmoore and Bruce Creekmoore; husbands, James Ervin Creekmoore and Ambrose Archie Webb of Albemarle, NC.

She is survived by her daughters, Janet C. Turner and husband Billy, Jean C. Ayscue and husband Larry; fifteen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends from 7 to 9 pm Friday, August 15, 2008 at Johnson Funerals Cremations on English Road. A graveside service was held 11 am Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor William Harper officiating.
