ROCKY MOUNT - Steven Thomas Parker, age 38, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020. Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer L. "Jenny" Parker and grandparents, Robert S. "Bobby" Lawing, Evelyn Christine Green, and Samuel D. "Pete" Parker.

He is survived by his father, William T. "Denny" Parker; son, Dylan Lee Gage Parker and Dylan's mother, Ashley Matthews; sister, Sandra Michelle "Sandy" Parker Lynch; grandmother, Dorothy C. "Dot" Lawing of Parkton; one nephew; one aunt; one uncle; and cousins.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Arlington Baptist Church, 1500 Bethlehem Road, Rocky Mount, and the family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
