Janet Wells, 64, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020. She was born in Wilson County, November 23, 1955 to the late Bonnie Lee and Lettie May Carpenter Wells. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.

She is survived by son William Earl "Tadpole" Holland, Jr. (Karen); daughter, Kristy Pierce; step-son, Lee Pierce (Kim); brother, Steve Wells (Susan); sisters Blanche Carpenter, Lucy Braswell (William); seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one step-grandson.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Holland officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
