CASTALIA - Betty Adams Matthews, 76, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019.

The family will receive friends at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Ashley Gray and husband, Jason of Wilson and Rose Cooper of Rocky Mount; son, Eric Matthews of Nashville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
