BAILEY - James Earl Bryant, 73, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. His funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 19 at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Pastor Jeff Westerfield will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 10 - 10:45 a.m. at Joyner's Funeral Home Wilson and other times at the home.

He is survived by his wife, Frances W. Bryant of the home; sons, Stephen Bryant and Paul Bryant both of Bailey; four grandchildren; sister, Emily Creech and husband, Ed of Bailey; and one uncle.

He was preceded in death by his son, James D. Bryant; daughter, Cathy Lynn Bryant; parents, Doyette and Almorine Murray Bryant and his sister, Alma Leigh Bryant.
