Frank “Billy” Hines, Sr., age 73, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2008. Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hunter-Odom Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Richard Battle officiating. Burial followed at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation was held on Saturday from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service.
