Herbert Donald Skinner, 86, passed away, Monday, July 28, 2008. He was born April 5, 1922 in Nash County. Herbert was the son of the late, George Duffie and Mollie Inscoe Skinner. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Erlene Skinner and a daughter, Trudy Skinner, one brother and four sisters.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 31, 2008 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Stahls and Rev. Daniel West officiating. Burial will follow at Red Oak Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Beulah Church of Christ at 450 E Beulah Road, Nashville, NC 27856.
