Deborah Ann Sandy Baines, 60, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019. She was born February 17, 1959 in Youngsville, Ohio to Orvill and Betty Sears Sandy.

Survivors include her husband of 22 years Jimmy Baines; son Christopher Dyky and fiancée Kelli; daughter Jaimie Dyky; stepson Dustin Baines, wife; and grandchildren.

Visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville
