Roosevelt "Bell" Wiggins, 65, of Rocky Mount, died on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 2, 2019 at 1 p.m. from the Gillfield Missionary Baptist Church in Hollister with the Rev. Jimmie Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Gillfield Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley C. Wiggins of the home; one son, Daniel Wiggins and his wife, Danielle; his mother, Queen Esther Wiggins; one sister, Joyce Alston and her husband, Harvey; four brothers, Leroy Wiggins and his wife, Gail, Vanoring Wiggins, Larry Wiggins and Donald Wiggins, all of Louisburg; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
