ROCKY MOUNT - Evelyn Rose Winstead Williams, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Born in Nash County on May 8, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe Robbins Winstead and Minnie Dell Daughtridge Winstead. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Evelyn and Karen Williams; and two brothers, Hubert Wayne and James Winstead.
She is survived by husband, Johnny Frank Williams and son, Frankie Williams; and one grandchild.
A graveside service was held August 16, 2019 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor Lutrell Spell officiating.
